Exchange & Return Policy

At CANVAS VIBES, we take pride in offering high-quality, original artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and handmade nature of our paintings, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective. Please carefully review all product details before purchasing.

2. Exchanges (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at Canvasvibesartstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We require an Opening package video Only courier damaged paintings or products will be exchanged
  • Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Once approved, we will send a replacement or we give credit 
  • You may need to return the damaged item before the replacement is sent.

3. Custom & Commissioned Artworks

All custom and commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially made for you.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If an exchange is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost for damaged items.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on any unauthorized returns.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
