  • Custom or made-to-order paintings may take additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 3-7 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over 20K.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to select countries.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

  • We take great care in packaging our paintings securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs with opening package video and photos of the damage.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please reach out within 48hrs for a replacement or refund.
